Component-level diagnosis and repair across consumer and commercial hardware: laptops, desktops, phones, and tablets. Screens, batteries, boards, storage, and thermal work. Diagnosis is always free, and if we cannot resolve it there is no labour charge for the visit.

Scope
One unit, or the whole fleet
A broken machine is usually two questions, and most places only answer one. Not just what is wrong, but whether fixing it is worth the money against what a replacement costs and how much life is left in the rest of it. A shop paid per repair has an obvious incentive on that second question, which is why the answer is so rarely volunteered.
- 01
A single device
Diagnosed free, quoted before anything is done, and returned working or returned honestly.
- 02
A small fleet
A batch triaged together, with a repair-or-replace recommendation per unit and a total rather than a surprise.
- 03
Recurring support
An ongoing arrangement for a business that would rather have a number to call than a relationship to establish each time.
How it runs
In the order the work happens
The sequence matters more than the list. Most of what goes wrong on these jobs traces back to a step skipped early rather than to the work itself.
- 01
Diagnose before quoting, at no cost
The fault identified and the machine's overall condition assessed — drive health, battery, thermals, what else is close to failing. Estimates and diagnostics are free, always.
- 02
Say plainly when it is not worth repairing
If the repair approaches the cost of replacing, or the machine has other failures behind this one, we say so and tell you what we would do. That answer costs us the job and is the reason to trust the other one.
- 03
Protect the data first
Anything at risk is imaged before invasive work starts. A repair that succeeds and loses the data has not succeeded.
- 04
Return it working, and say what was done
Tested under load rather than powered on and handed back, with a plain account of what was replaced and what to watch.

Not this
What we do not do here
Stating this is what makes the rest of the page worth believing, and it saves you a call that was never going to end in work.
- Clean-room recovery from physically damaged platters — we will identify it and refer it.
- Warranty service on machines still covered by a manufacturer, where sending it in is cheaper for you than paying us.
- Software licensing disputes and account recovery with third-party vendors.
Questions
Before you call
- What does a diagnostic cost?
- Nothing. Identifying the problem should not cost you anything — you pay for work performed, and if we cannot resolve what we looked at, there is no labour charge for the visit.
- How long does a repair take?
- Same day for common faults where the part is on hand, longer where a part has to be ordered. You get a time along with the quote rather than after.
