If we worked in your building, we would rather hear it straight. Reviews are read before they go up, but they go up whether or not they flatter us.
How this works
- Every review is read before it goes up
- Not to filter out the bad ones — to keep out spam and anything that names a client site or a person who did not agree to be named. A critical review of our work gets published the same as a glowing one.
- Your email is never published
- It is only there so we can come back to you if something went wrong and we can still put it right. Leave it blank if you would rather not.
- We do not offer anything in exchange
- No discount, no entry into anything. A review you were paid for is worth nothing to the next person reading it, which defeats the point of asking.
- You can ask us to take it down
- Email or call, and it comes off the site. No form, no retention period, no argument.
