Same-day dispatch is the default whenever the request comes in with working hours left in the day. Submit in the morning and a technician is deployed that day; submit late and you are first on the next morning's board.

Do you charge for estimates or diagnostics?

No. Estimates and diagnostics are free of charge, always. Identifying the problem should not cost you anything — you pay for work performed, not for us telling you what is wrong.

What happens if you cannot fix the problem?

You do not pay. If we cannot resolve the issue we brought a technician out for, the visit is free. That is the whole policy and there is no fine print under it.
