Why subcontract to us

Named technicians
You get the same people on repeat visits, and we will tell you who is coming before they arrive. Nobody is picked up off a marketplace the morning of your job.
You keep the client
We work under your name if you want it that way. No cards, no upsell, no follow-up to your customer from us.
Written scope first
You get a number and a task list before anyone is dispatched, so what you quote your client holds.
Documented handover
Labelled ends, photos, and a closeout sheet a stranger can read. You can forward it to your client as-is.

Common questions

Answered before you have to ask

Do you work under our name?

Yes. Technicians arrive without JCIT branding if you ask, leave no cards, and never follow up with your client. The engagement stays yours.

Who actually shows up?

A technician we know by name, and we will tell you which one before the visit. You get continuity across repeat visits to the same site rather than whoever the platform matched that morning.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes — commercial general liability, issued the same day, made out to the building or your client as needed, with additional insured where the contract calls for it. Send the requirements and we will confirm we meet them before you commit to anything. Most Manhattan buildings want the certificate 48 hours ahead of a dock booking.

How quickly can you dispatch?

Same-day for most of the New York metro when the scope is clear. After-hours and weekend cutovers are normal work for us. Nobody here treats them as a special case.

How does pricing work?

You send a scope, we send a fixed number and a task list before anyone is dispatched. Hourly, flat, per-device, or blended — whichever suits the job.

What do we get at the end of a job?

A closeout document a stranger can read: labelled runs, photos, serial reconciliation where relevant, and anything outstanding called out plainly. Forward it to your client as-is.

Send a scope

Four fields are required. Everything else helps us price it accurately the first time — fill in what you know.

01 — Your company
02 — The work

The project, tasks, or ongoing support. Include the environment, systems, and who the end users are.

Cabling, deployment, smart hands, AV, POS…

03 — Rate

A number is useful. A range is fine.

04 — Requirements

COI, background checks, dress code, vehicle.

Certifications, clearances, experience level.

Cables, access points, switches, credentials…

Cat6, patch panels, tools…

Parking, site access, escalation process.

No obligation. We reply either way.
