Same-day dispatch is the default whenever the request comes in with working hours left in the day. Submit in the morning and a technician is deployed that day; submit late and you are first on the next morning's board.

Do you charge for estimates or diagnostics?

No. Estimates and diagnostics are free of charge, always. Identifying the problem should not cost you anything — you pay for work performed, not for us telling you what is wrong.

What happens if you cannot fix the problem?

There is no labour charge for the visit. If we cannot resolve the issue we came out for, you are not billed for our time on it. The one thing that is still yours is anything bought for the job at your approval — a replacement part we ordered on your say-so does not become ours because the fault turned out to be elsewhere. Nothing else is held back.
